Touch of Life: Book One of A Healer's Tale

The half-elf Katherine lives a sheltered life within the Woods of Errein with her foster mother, learning the healing arts while hidden away from prying eyes. It is a quiet life until her wealthy father, Lord Dupree Ludow, enters after a long absence and brings with him the knowledge that she can heal with a touch.

With newly-found family members, Katherine must secretly find a new home far beyond her vengeful and powerful aunt's hatred for the healer's family. What they will find on the way will challenge both mind and heart.  Together or apart, the family of Dupree Ludow must fight for a future beyond the reach of hate and war.
